Interior Program

 

• All furniture and floors will be covered with polyethylene plastic and canvas cloths.

 

• All prep work such as filling nail holes, scraping, sanding, caulking , and priming will be

   done to the highest standard before painting begins.

 

• The next step of your paint job is the application of top quality Sherwin Williams paint.

 

• Upon completion of services rendered a thorough clean up is performed leaving your

   home neat and clean.

 

• The field manager will meet with you upon completion to inspect the job to make sure it

   meets your approval.

 

Exterior Program

 

• First the home will be pressure-washed using a solution of bleach, water and trisodium

   phosphate (soap). This solution will remove dirt, grime, mildew and microscopic

   mildew spores.

 

• Next all prep work such as scraping. sanding, caulking, priming, and carpentry will be

   done to the highest standard before painting begins.
